Bunkerbound Limited was formed in June 2003 by it's current Managing Director, Ian Williams. Ian previously held senior management positions for companies that provided software and development consultancy services.

The initial focus for Bunkerbound was to revolutionise the way that gadgets, gifts and toys are distributed in the UK and Europe. The www.bbtradesales.com web site was launched in 2004, allowing retailers such as high street stores, online, independent and catalogue companies, to view the best products from the leading manufacturers in one convenient location - all at the same trade price however with a significantly reduced administration burden of one invoice, one delivery.

Bunkerbound now distribute products on behalf of companies such as Thumbs Up, BV Leisure, Imagine Sound, Cush n Shade, Frostfire, LM Technologies, Oregon Scientific, Novelty Gift Company, Peers Hardy, The Pink Toolbox Company. Bunkerbound also import a range of products, including the Salvation 9, Mystic 8 Ball, iWallet and many others, as well as having exclusive distribution agreements with Brookstone and Vers.

In April 2008 Bunkerbound Limited formed BBSI, or BBSoftware, focussing on project management, application development and design for web applications.

Bunkerbound Limited employ 25 staff across various geographical locations and the head office is in Amersham, Bucks.
